Amazing grips and gear! Saw a trainer at the local gym using them and reached out to the owner of Optimo and he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions on why these grips are different than any others and how they’re the only ergonomic ones on the market! Bought them directly from him, awesome service! Keep up the good work!

Buyers Beware! I'm not sure if any of these glowing reviews have had a problem with their tub, but the second you have an issue their tune will change! I have never been spoken to so rudely by a manager / owner (unbelievably) in my life. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect at $12,000 hot tub to be under warranty for the first year without having to fight about it. Be careful to ask all the right questions around there after service care. Don't be left in the same position that so many other of their customers have been left in. I haven't heard one glowing review from anyone who has had to have them back after their purchase. We have reached out now multiple times with no response. I'd be happy to hear what you are going to do.

Just want to give a shout out to Fit It Out for an awesome experience when purchasing their product. They were very accommodating when it came to my small time frame of availability and they were extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. The product I purchased from them was the Hex/Trap Bar. Great product and will get lots of use. I also had the chance to use the 25lb bumper plates and they are well made and stand up to the use. Overall awesome experience and would definitely purchase from them again.
